THEY HUNT is a 2d animated short film created by Rhys Byfield. They Hunt started as a personal project whilst working for STUDIO AKA, but soon turned into a full-time endeavour. Helped by a talented crew, Rhys finished THEY HUNT in 2019 with a premiere screening at the Bloomsbury CURZON Theater. In the build-up to the premiere, Rhys created a number of GIFS, posters and images to promote the event.

They Hunt toured the 2019 festival circuit, winning a number of awards and nominations. Since then Rhys has worked for CARTOON NETWORK on the show ELLIOTT FROM EARTH as an Episode director and THE GUMBALL CHRONICLES as an Animation director. He continues to develop original content for film and television.
